Meershad founded Lacasa Line and still runs it day to day. He is the person who walks your villa on the first site visit, and the person whose name is on the fixed price you sign.

Seven years in the UAE, a 40-person in-house team and our own joinery workshop mean the people who measure your wardrobes are the people who build them and the people who fit them. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor you never meet.

Keep everything clear. You see the scope, the materials and the number before anything starts.

Give the best quality. Joinery is made in our workshop, so we control the finish, not a supplier.

Educate the customer. You get told what a material actually costs and how long it actually takes.

Deliver on time. The handover date goes in the contract with the price.

What exactly do you build?

Wardrobes, custom kitchens, TV units, wall panelling, doors, office furniture, reception desks and wood flooring — plus the full villa fit-out that combines them. The joinery is made in our own Dubai workshop.

Which areas do you cover?

Dubai and Sharjah. Site visits across both emirates are free and there is no obligation to proceed after one.

Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes. Lacasa Line Decoration Design & Fitout L.L.C holds Dubai DET licence 1242401, valid to September 2026, covering decoration design and implementation, floor and wall tiling, painting, carpentry and wood flooring, false ceilings and light partitions, and glass and aluminium installation.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. All 40 tradespeople are on our own payroll, and the joinery is made in our own workshop. One project manager owns your job from the site visit to the handover.

Is the AED 100,000 starting price really fixed?

It is written into the signed contract. As long as the scope stays the same, an over-run on our side is our cost, not yours. Changes you ask for later are priced separately and signed off before we act on them.
